Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp grated lemon zest
  • 1 finely chopped red chilli
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  • To make the dressing, place all the ingredients in a small screw top jar and shake well.
