Drain the tofu
Wrap in a clean kitchen towel, leaving no bumps.
Place it on to a chopping board. Place another chopping board over top and place x2 cans (400g) or some heavy books on top of that to weigh it down.
Set aside for 15 minutes, to get the moisture out. Easy!
I couldn’t help but admire my partner’s eclectic music book collection. ‘The Far Side Gallery’ is mine, if you haven’t stumbled upon them yet I highly recommend that you have a look. They are really funny and make great Christmas presents!
