Balso Dressing AKA Balsamic Dressing

It’s so easy, you barely need a recipe! Just pop three ingredients into a screw-top-jar, put the lid on(!) and shake, easy peasy!

I like to have a 50% – 50% ratio for a slightly more tangy dressing but you can add more oil if you want a richer one. I think the balso adds just the right amount of sweetness, so I don’t add syrup or sugar but you can, if you like.

Balso Dressing

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp balsamic vinegar balso
  • 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp wholegrain mustard

Instructions

  • Pop all the ingredients into a screw top jar, put the lid on and shake well 
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
